Mykelti’s College Education Explained
Although Mykelti’s life and college education don’t mirror Maddie’s, they have some similarities. Christine’s ambitious daughter has always had her eyes set on fashion, and in 2015, she landed an internship in fashion at UNLV. Encouraged by Aspyn’s experience, she moved in with her sister on campus and looked forward to becoming a designer. Similarly to Maddie, Mykelti got engaged in June 2016 to Tony Padron. Again mimicking Maddie’s actions, Mykelti dropped out of college in favor of romance. Tony and Mykelti married in December 2020 and Mykelti welcomed baby Avalon on April 5, 2021.
Mykelti’s college internship in fashion served as the springboard for the launch of her own company, Mykelti’s Whimsical Boutique, which is affiliated with LuLaRoe. Meanwhile, she and Tony live in Utah, and Mykelti often parades her multi-level marketing wares, common in Utah, on social media. All signs indicate her living her best life as a business owner, mother, and wife. Whether the Sister Wives stars will return to college remains to be seen.
