Meri is now free to do as she pleases since she no longer has to answer to Kody. After 32 years of marriage, Kody revealed during the Sister Wives reunion that he no longer considered himself married to his first wife. Shortly after, both TLC personalities released a statement that shared they had decided to go their own way. While both acknowledged they were committed to respecting one another, neither has broached the subject of their divorce since.

Meri has been extremely active on her social media, with some Sister Wives fans questioning if she has had plastic surgery. A recent post showed the mother of one smiling in her usual pose, but she was tan, with smooth skin and chiseled features. The look could have easily been done with a filter, but after viewers started to call out the first wife of Kody, she mysteriously deleted the comments. Meri’s looks are not the only thing that has changed since Sister Wives season 1, as she has started to speak up for herself during the latest season, letting Kody and the other wives know exactly where she stood.

Since the latest season of Sister Wives has ended, Meri has kept herself focused on what brings joy to her life. She has spent a lot of time at her B&B, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, where she is the sole owner of her business. Even though the TLC star may be sad about her breakup, Meri is financially better off. Meri has also made time for her child, Leon Brown, and shown massive support for their journey. For now, Meri is getting her bags together for another spontaneous trip leaving viewers to guess where to go next.
